BROKER COMMENTS:

Listing broker, Mark Pittman, had the fortunate opportunity to complete a nearly 900nm cruise aboard Nordhavn 40 Okie Dokie from Warwick, RI to Southport, NC. Despite a few days of unforgiving weather, Okie Dokie performed flawlessly and was eager for more. Mark reports that while a 40’ vessel is on the smaller side when it comes to trawlers, the livability was quite nice and more than sufficient for both the current owner and himself. Okie Dokie will surely go on to impress her next ownership and provide lots of cruising opportunities.
