Andrea grew up in Mexico City, surrounded by beautiful museums, galleries, good food, and a variety of things to do. She has always been passionate about coffee, photography, and helping others.

She later moved to San Diego, California, where she attended Point Loma Nazarene University and studied Marketing, the perfect blend of business and creativity. Although she had always been a city girl with the beach a bit farther away, living in San Diego reaffirmed her love for the beach lifestyle. She began surfing, snorkeling, and swimming in the open ocean.

Andrea has been working in marketing for the past three years, gaining experience in industries such as higher education, marketing agencies, government contracting, non-profits, and food and beverage. She enjoys combining data analysis with creativity and has strengthened her skills in website development, social media strategies, email marketing, and lifecycle marketing, among others. While new to the boating world, she has shown great interest in the industry and is excited to be part of JMYS, where she will continue learning about yachts while supporting the team with marketing and website needs.

She joined JMYS in August 2025 and is currently based in Mexico City but will soon return to Southern California to continue working with JMYS. And if you’re concerned about language barriers, Don’t worry! She is also a skilled translator.
