Next Dimension is a second generation (built by South Coast in China). The consumption entry document from when she was newly imported into the US (CBP-7501) will be handed to the buyer. The first 45 hulls were built by Pacific Seacraft in California. All Nordhavn 40s are born from the same tooling, but PAE, the parent company of Nordhavn, differentiates the two versions in this series as Mark I US made, and Mark II China built.
This design has generous interior accommodations (saloon and galley on the entry level, raised pilothouse and two staterooms with one head on the lower level) and a seakindly ride through the water.
