This is a long overdue thank you for all of your help in our successful search for our first trawler. We didn’t really know what we wanted when we started our search, and we very much appreciated your guidance and patience as we looked at a wide variety of full and semi-displacement boats. We felt fully supported at all times and never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision or to change our minds about something. You both made what could have been an unpleasant and stressful task into a very enjoyable one that was as stress-free as buying a boat could be.
You both also went above and beyond anything we ever would have expected a boat broker to do. Whether it was John getting our Bimini fixed and cleaning it in his driveway or sending us a Maritime Medical Emergency Kit, you made clear in multiple ways that our interests were always your priority.
Equally important is that we both feel that we have made two new friends who we will enjoy keeping in touch with and seeing over the years to come. This wasn’t what we expected when we decided to buy a trawler, but we’re very happy it turned out that way.
By way of a thank you, we have sent each of you some perishables – we have heard good things about them from our friends, and if you enjoy them half as much as we enjoyed working with you, then you should like them very much indeed.
